The Institute of Nuclear Energy Research in Taiwan is developing a cyclotron based compact accelerator based neutron source. The project is in the inital stage and Dr. How-Ming Lee and Dr. Sheng-Long Jeng visited on Oct. 13, 2023 Jülich and the HBS project and the JULIC Neutron Platform. Intense discussions took place on best common options to use the planned accelerator based neutron sources.
