HBS Workshop and ELENA Moderator Workshop
Dear colleagues,
we would like to invite you to our annual HBS Workshop. This year the workshop will take place in the Kranz Parkhotel (https://www.kranzparkhotel.de/start) in Siegburg from September 18th (noon) to September 19th (noon), 2025. As usual we will get an overview of the CANS and HiCANS projects all over Europe before we dive into the specialized focal topics: Accelerator, Target and Instrumentation.
As a satellite workshop, we invite you to a Moderator workshop organized by the ELENA association. We intend to cover dedicated solutions and concepts for “epithermal”, thermal, cold and very cold moderators adapted to the confined neutron fields of CANS and HiCANS sources. The satellite workshop will take place directly before the HBS Workshop from September 17th (noon) to September 18th (noon) at the same place.
As the reserved rooms are limited (40 for HBS Workshop and 20 for the Moderator workshop), we ask you to register until July 1st, 2025 using our indico website:
